About Tyson McGuffin

Tyson is a Pro Pickleball player from the great state of Washington. Fun fact, Pickleball is the official sport of Washington, so it's good to see a son of the state shine on center court. He does, however, now reside in Idaho.

A five-time Grand Slam champ, McGuffin runs camps and coaches in addition to his dedicated tour schedule. He even manages to squeeze in time to run a podcast called, The McGuffin Show.

The now 32 year old turned pro six years ago and quickly rose up the ranks to become one of the game's best players. He and Ben Johns are currently battling for the top spot on the tour.

According to Selkirk (one of his sponsors), McGuffin was a wrestler who turned tennis player prior to being introduced to the sport of Pickleball.
